Shipping

Order fulfilment: 

• For in-stock items, all are aimed to be shipped within 2 working days of purchase.
• For Pre-Order items, the estimated time for receipt will be on the product listing page
• For orders that have combined in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship these once all items arrive at HQ. If you want the in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Shipping:

• Seoulsic uses Royal Mail and Evri shipping
• All costs are based on size, weight of parcels and end location
• Once items have been handed over to the courier, Seoulsic are not responsible to damage or loss

If you are ordering from outside the UK:

• Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. Seoulsic is not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.
• We cannot offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept delivery.
