Refund policy
- We offer full refunds within 14 days as per the UK Consumer Rights Act. For pre-order refunds please contact us directly. For refunds on items you have received, you have 14 days from delivery of the final item to raise a refund request and ship the item back to us at your own cost. The item(s) must be in original packaging, unused and in a resell-able condition to qualify for a refund.

- Please note, as per UK Consumer law, we will not offer refunds on Magazines, Photocards or Albums and DVDs that have been opened.
- Seoulsic is not responsible for manufacturer error (such as missing items within albums or minor defects to cards) cannot be exchanged. In cases of severe damage, only in stock items can be exhanged.
- Once items are handed over to the courier, we are not liable for any lost or damaged items.
- We require an unboxing video to discuss any issues.
