Refund policy

• We offer full refunds within 14 days as per the UK Consumer Rights Act. For pre-order refunds please contact us directly. For refunds on items you have received, you have 14 days from delivery of the final item to raise a refund request and ship the item back to us at your own cost. The item(s) must be in original packaging, unused and in a resell-able condition to qualify for a refund.
  
  
• Please note, pre-order items are ordered, allocated, paid for or otherwise allocated stock specifically to fulfil orders. A continued request for cancellation on pre-order items may result in a customer ban from using Seoulsic due to the costs/damages this can cause a small business. Manage orders from your customer profile https://account.seoulsic.co.uk
  
  
• Please note, as per UK Consumer law, we will not offer refunds on Magazines, Photocards or Albums and DVDs that have been opened.
  

• Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, single issues of periodicals, magazines, and newspapers are strictly exempt from the standard 14-day online "cooling-off" period.
  
  
• Seoulsic is not responsible for manufacturer error (such as missing items within albums or minor defects to cards) cannot be exchanged. In cases of severe damage, only in stock items can be exhanged.
  
  
• Once items are handed over to the courier, we are not liable for any lost or damaged items.
  
  
• We require a full, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for us to investigate claims of missing items. All sides of the package still sealed must be shown as proof of original unboxing.
